How do I get started with ConTrack?

Download the ConTrack mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store. Sign up using your phone number or email, choose a subscription plan, and you'll be ready to create your first job and invite subcontractors.

Do subcontractors need to create an account?

No. Subcontractors receive a secure link via text message that allows them to access their assigned job directly in their web browser. No app download or account creation is required.

What subscription plans are available?

We offer two plans:

  • Standard ($9.99/month): Up to 30 jobs per month with all core features
  • Unlimited ($49.99/month): Unlimited jobs per month

Both plans include photo & signature collection, SMS notifications, and payment tracking.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the ConTrack mobile app, go to Settings, and tap "Manage Subscription." This will open the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel or modify your subscription. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I try ConTrack before subscribing?

Yes! Use coupon code FREE-TRIAL at checkout to get your first month of the Standard plan free. Cancel anytime if it's not the right fit.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account:

  1. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first using "Manage Subscription" in Settings
  2. Open the ConTrack mobile app and go to Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Review the confirmation and tap "Delete Forever"

This will permanently delete all your data, including jobs, forms, and subcontractor information. This action cannot be undone.

What happens to my data when I delete my account?

All your account data, including jobs, form submissions, photos, signatures, and subcontractor information, will be permanently deleted within 30 days. Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days as part of our disaster recovery procedures. Financial records may be retained longer as required by law.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS and at rest in our database. We use industry-standard security practices and work with trusted providers like Stripe for payments and Supabase for data storage. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I use ConTrack on multiple devices?

Yes. You can log in to the ConTrack mobile app on multiple iOS or Android devices using the same account. Your data syncs automatically across all devices.
